I'm going to be a nit-pick here and say this: The titan loss cost goonswarm around 20 billion (After default insurance). (If you don't belive me fine, ask BoB about it, they have built a lot of titans, and also lost one too).
The op claims to have done 35.8 billion isk in damages.

Basic insurance payout for a titan loss is around 20bil (ask deadtear).
So according to your calculation, making a titan in raw materal minus the insurance payout (not counting modules) is 18 billion.

Ya assuming you spent 8 months to get it to ME 1 and that you consider moving close to 20 freighters with cap parts and using those cap part bpoŠs for three months as free the loss would land on 18 billion.
But as time = money, fittings aren't free and i doubt the bpo is me 1 it lands quite a bit higher at the end, even if those numbers are easy to hide.
If you want to compare that then you have to add all the time each individual spent buying a ship someone spent the time building, fitting it, and moving it to where they want it. I pretty sure the time component of the masses out weighs the time it took for a few to build a titan.

I wish we all had titans. But we would probably lose them all anyway in a collective DD that ends up blowing up our titan fleet.
